How to Apply

Our Office of Admissions & Student Affairs team is happy to help you navigate the application process. Most applicants will use the Schools of Public Health Application Services (SOPHAS) common online application to apply to our school. However, because application requirements vary by program, you may need to fill out and submit some additional supplementary documents.

GRE Update: As of October 1, 2019, the GRE test is no longer required for admission to the Master of Public Health (MPH) and Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) Programs at the Colorado School of Public Health.

Application costs


The cost for a SOPHAS applications is $140 for the first school or program to which you apply. Any additional schools or programs you choose to apply to will cost $50 per designation.‚Äč
