Noelle is the Principal Communications & Outreach professional for the Injury & Violence Prevention Center. She also serves as a Project Manager for the Office of Gun Violence Prevention project with the Firearm Injury Prevention Initiative (FIPI). Her research interests include public health communications, community-based participatory research, health promotion, health equity, and community engagement.
