Sheena Mammarappallil is the instuctional designer for the Rocky Mountain Public Health Training Center. In this role, she works with faculty, external partners, and subject matter experts to develop learning objectives, identify appropriate development tools, and compile and develop training materials for learning opportunities. Sheena is responsible for technical support, training participants and instructors, and providing instructional design support for multimedia and multimodal content, online courses, online modules, and webinars.

Prior to joining the Rocky Mountain Public Health Training Center, Sheena worked for the City of Longmont, where she served as the reference librarian and instructional designer for the Longmont Public Library and Office of Equity.
