Jackie Laundon is a current DrPH student in the Community and Behavioral Health program at Colorado School of Public Health. Jackie has a Master of Arts degree in International Security from the University of Denver, and a B.A. in International Studies and French from Randolph-Macon College.  
She is a public health consultant with over 10 years of experience working at and with public agencies and nonprofit organizations, and is passionate about centering community members in decision-making and to inform future strategies. Her focus and expertise areas are primarily within sexual and reproductive health and emergency management. Previously, she worked in the post-Hurricanes Irma and Maria recovery of the healthcare systems in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, and within the family planning and behavioral health units at the Colorado Department of Public Health. As a public health consultant, she has worked with national and local organizations dedicated to advancing health equity.
