Vladan serves as the senior instructional designer in the Rocky Mountain Public Health Training Center. In this role, he focuses on expanding learning opportunities for the public health and clinical workforce and creating new and innovative learning opportunities.

Previously, Vladan served as an instructional designer in Polazak, Serbia where he was responsible for designing and developing asynchronous and interactive learning modules for external clients.
