Ingrid earned a Master of Public Health degree from Johns Hopkins University in 2013. She began working at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment in 2012 as an environmental protection specialist. In 2017, Ingrid became an epidemiologist with the Colorado Integrated Food Safety Center of Excellence. Her emphasis is in foodborne outbreaks, data analysis, training, and developing new tools and resources to assist foodborne illness investigations.
