Raeven is the equity specialist for the Colorado School of Public Health. In this role, she is responsible for developing and facilitating activities and programs related to the equity, diversity, and inclusion missions of the school. She plays a critical role in the implementation of the school’s strategic plan initiatives in these areas.

Prior to this, Raeven served as the student coordinator of anti-racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion for the Master of Public Health program at ColoradoSPH at Colorado State University. During her time in that position, Raeven led initiatives related to social justice, health equity, and inclusion. She also served as the liaison between the student body and ColoradoSPH at CSU administration.
