Lauren Boissy serves as the senior practicum and career services professional for the Colorado School of Public Health. Lauren bridges career services, where she supports ongoing initiatives including meeting with students, engaging with employers, and delivering professional development opportunities, and practice based learning, where she will be a primary point of contact for CU Anschutz students preparing for their practicum experiences.

Prior to taking this role, Lauren worked as a graduate research assistant with the school. In that position, Lauren was responsible for a qualitative research project for the CSU School of Social Work focused on child welfare and access to behavioral health services in Colorado. Previously, Lauren spent over 14 years working in the healthcare field; her most recent role as a care coordinator focused on facilitating comprehensive health care and community services for children and families. She also worked for a local non-profit organization, where she focused on community youth suicide and injury prevention.
