Question : New resources for faculty and staff wellbeing: CUWellbeing & You@CUAnschutz

The COVID Climate Survey that was completed by faculty and staff on the CU Anschutz campus this summer indicates that many people in our community are distressed but may be unwilling to seek support due to concerns about privacy. Two new resources are available to help navigate this stressful time.

First, the Department of Psychiatry has created a completely anonymous self-assessment tool called CUWellbeing to help anyone determine their own level of distress and to provide specific guidance to resources based on your responses. The site contains modules that can be completed in 10 minutes.

Additionally, the CU Anschutz Human Resources office has launched new confidential resources to support faculty and staff during this time. You@CUAnschutz is now available on the You@CU website to support the unique health and wellbeing needs of our campus faculty and staff:

  • The program offers resources for work-life balance, stress management, relationships, and more.
  • It also provides resources and information to support faculty and staff in working with students.
  • When you log in to You@CU as a faculty or staff member, you can customize your experience and content for your profile. Log in and start exploring!
