In her role as director of human resources and employee well-being, Rhonda provides oversight of all aspects of personnel business management and strategy, workforce planning and employment, human resources development, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, and risk management. Rhonda’s role is integral to bring the school’s vision of employee well-being to the forefront of our practices.
Previously, Rhonda worked at the CU Anschutz University Police Department where she served as the Finance and Human Resources Manager. During her time at the CU Anschutz University Police Department, Rhonda was responsible for the oversight of personnel administration processes, including recruitment and hiring, advising leadership on payroll and budgetary issues. She was also responsible for budget preparation; monitoring and controlling financial transactions; and reporting and analyzing related to the University Police.
