Ms. Hightshoe has been a research coordinator with the University of Colorado since 2002. She has extensive experience coordinating large research studies within culturally diverse communities collaborating with local, state, and national partners. Her research focus has been on environmental and developmental health of young children, and she has presented and published on these topics. Ms. Hightshoe currently coordinates the Colorado site of the CDC-funded Study to Explore Early Development (SEED), a large multi-state, multi-year epidemiologic study of autism.
