Kayla Gray is the employment lifecycle principal professional in the Office of Human Resources at the Colorado School of Public Health. In this role, Kayla focuses on employee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, retention, and wellbeing.

Kayla earned her bachelor's degree in exercise science from the University of New Hampshire, where she was also a member of the competitive gymnastics team. She currently serves as the Total Health Committee co-chair and has been working for ColoradoSPH since March 2020.
