Provide extensive professional learning and development opportunities alongside clear paths for professional development for staff and faculty. 

 

Establish a culture that attracts and retains talent, with a focus on underrepresented (from priority populations) talent. 


Monitor the school climate, employee satisfaction, and trends in employment and retention in order to identify and address school-wide trends; support career development and equity across our positions.

Increase the representation of our staff, students, and faculty to reflect the community that we serve and monitor this increase through a dashboard.  

Develop and establish a faculty and staff recruitment strategy that enables the recruitment of underrepresented populations, ensuring a more inclusive and equitable academic environment. 

Establish a funding base that is robust and diversified, ensuring sustained growth and empowering us to achieve greater impact year after year.

Through measures such as the modification of the campus funding structure, legislative work, and the bolstering of advancement efforts, diversify the funding base of the school.
