Wren Lippitt is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biostatistics & Informatics and the Center for Innovative Design and Analysis at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Their research develops statistical methodology for biomedical imaging in heterogeneous and modest sample settings, with an emphasis on aligning statistical theory with applied context. They design quantitative imaging biomarkers and analytical methods to improve disease characterization, particularly in pulmonary sarcoidosis, and work closely with clinical collaborators to better understand how emerging approaches to radiologic evaluation map to pulmonary health and disease state. Their research is supported by funding from the Foundation for Sarcoidosis Research and other collaborative grants focused on lung imaging and clinical data analysis.
