Tusharkanti Ghosh is a Research Associate in the Department of Biostatistics & Informatics at the Colorado School of Public Health on the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. His work focuses on statistical methodology and machine learning approaches for high-dimensional biological data and collaborative biomedical research.
Dr. Ghosh has extensive experience in biostatistics, bioinformatics, and machine learning applications in computational immunology and infectious disease research. He has contributed to several interdisciplinary projects, including the COVIDome Project, where he helped design analytical workflows for multi-omics data to study immune responses in COVID-19 patients. His research integrates advanced statistical methods with biological datasets such as single-cell sequencing, spatial transcriptomics, metabolomics, proteomics, and serology.
