Dr. Meredith Fort is a health services researcher and program evaluator with over 20 years of experience working in the co-creation, implementation, and evaluation of community-based service delivery and public health programs. She applies participatory research and practice approaches in collaboration with public health, health care, community and research partners in the United States and internationally. Her current research focuses on: systems thinking approaches to design and implement interventions to promote health; family and community engaged methods to prevent and manage chronic disease; sustainable food systems; and health equity.
