Shenazar Esmundo also known as Shane, is a first-generation Filipina-American pursuing her DrPH in Community and Behavioral Health at Colorado School of Public Health. Shane has over 6 years of experience in community outreach/engagement, cancer prevention, and health equity research with a dedicated focus on Asian American communities. She has consulted on various projects regarding health promotion, research, and policy initiatives. She is also currently a Graduate Research Assistant/Data Analyst for the Patient Navigation & Community Health Worker Training. Shane hopes to make an impact through community-centered research, innovative practices, and systems thinking.
