Leading change through education and partnerships
Through the ColoradoSPH Initiative for Education, Leadership, and Opportunity (CIELO), we are strengthening the partnerships that have driven our past success, expanding our reach and deepening our commitment to culturally responsive, community-centered public health practice, research, and evaluation.
CIELO is building a collaborative future where students, faculty, community members, and organizations work side by side to tackle public health challenges and seize opportunities unique to Colorado and its people.
Prepare the next generation of public health professionals through rigorous education and applied research.
Empower students and practitioners to drive meaningful changes in public health policy and practice.
Ground our work in real-world needs to advance sustainable, community-driven public health solutions.
Serve as a go-to internal and external resource—supporting ColoradoSPH departments, centers, programs, and external partners.
