Serve as a central point of expertise that partners with and convenes collaborators across the field of public health to address the greatest needs. 

Offer public health educational opportunities as a connection point with the public health communities in the state and region and beyond; increase the visibility of the school’s public health practice work and partnerships.

Demonstrate the valuable contributions of our students to the accomplishments of our community partners, strengthen communication with community partners, and create a general understanding of the value that our school provides the community.

 

Promote the development of the public health workforce through partnerships and educational opportunities, setting new standards of excellence and professionalism across the region. 

Support public health workforce development in local health departments by creating and filling positions to do the work and increase the number of academic health department partnerships across the state.
