Workers in all types of jobs and industries often experience work-related stress – everything from having competing demands for their time, having too much to do, juggling responsibilities, and trying to maintain a work/life balance. The COVID pandemic has increased stress in many ways.
This interactive workshop from Dr. Gwen Fisher will review evidence-based best practices for dealing with many sources of work-related stress. Workshop attendees will discuss various sources of work-related stress and learn proven strategies to better manage their stress levels at work, as well as how to support their well-being with reduced stress in the quest for a better quality of life and well-being.
