I recommend strongly any leaders who are interested in promoting a healthier, more positive and productive workplace to attend this workshop. [This] training helped us understand that there are many factors that affect worker productivity... I personally found it interesting and helpful to recognize that the techniques that work for improving workplace safety can be used to improve mental health or personal wellness and vice versa.
— David Fiore, Co-Owner, Fiore & Sons
As a CEO who truly cares about my staff, I thought I had a pretty good awareness of how to support them through our health and safety efforts. However, what I learned through this training is how to deeply root wellness and safety in our culture by listening to staff and empowering them to help shape their work environment.
