CU Biostatistics and Bioinformatics Ecosystem (CUBE)

What is the CUBE? This resource is designed to help you connect with biostatistics and data science expert resources at CU Anschutz that best aligns with your scientific needs. The goal of this navigation tool is to make navigating the analytic ecosystem easier for our researchers. This is a joint effort between the Center for Innovative Design and Analysis, the Child Health Biostatistics Core (CHBC), the Cancer Center Biostatistics and Bioinformatics Shared Resource (BBSR), and the Adult & Child Center for Outcomes Research & Delivery Science (ACCORDS) in partnership with the Research Informatics Office (RIO).

What makes us the same?
Together, these biostatistics and bioinformatics cores are experienced in all stages of research maturity and are dedicated to elevating research on the AMC by offering collaborative support for the design and analysis of robust research studies. We can all conduct statistical analyses, support data management, develop study designs, write grant proposals, and conduct clinical trials.

What makes us unique?
Who we partner with is primarily what makes us unique. Currently two groups conduct bioinformatics research. Please read below to learn more about who each group partners with.

Getting Started
Already know what group you want to work with? Connect through the navigator, and select your group, and you will be routed directly to them. Still not sure where to start? Click on the connect with a navigator button and we will connect you with the right team. A biostatistic and bioinformatics navigator will connect with you within two business days.
