Maia Evans is the operations manager for the Rocky Mountain Public Health Training Center (RM-PHTC) at the Colorado School of Public Health. In this role, Maia manages a team of five staff conducting project coordination, evaluation, and operations logistics and support work. Maia also collaborates with external partners to coordinate the development and implementation of trainings for professionals on public health issues. Maia serves as a member of the leadership team of RM-PHTC.

Prior to joining the school, Maia worked for the University of Colorado Graduate School where she served as the program administrator for two biomedical sciences Ph.D. programs. During her time there, Maia was responsible for managing all aspects of both Ph.D. programs including recruitment, budget/event planning, curriculum management, and student affairs.
