In her role as firearm injury prevention research analyst, Kate is responsible for research evaluation, coordination, and administration efforts related to the Firearm Injury Prevention Initiative and the Injury and Violence Prevention Center.
Previously, Kate worked at the Center for the Study and Prevention of Violence at CU Boulder, where she served as the Data Manager for the Colorado Gun Shop Project Evaluation. During her time at the Center for the Study and Prevention of Violence, Kate was responsible for building and managing surveys, strengthening relationships with Firearm Community partners, and recommending project implementation strategies based on survey analysis.
