Research
Conduct cutting-edge research on injury and violence preventionAt the Injury and Violence Prevention Center, we link research, training, and practice to improve safety and prevent injury.
The Injury & Violence Prevention Center is a collaborative initiative of the Colorado School of Public Health and the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
Injury is a leading killer in Colorado and the U.S. Through research, training, and prevention, we facilitate scientific discovery and evidence-based practice that increases safety, reduces injury and violence,
and improves injury outcomes. We aim to prevent and reduce injury and its outcomes in Colorado, the region, and throughout the world as a function of high-quality research and effective practice.
