Indian Health Service: “Cost analysis of the Diabetes Prevention and Healthy Heart demonstration programs” Analyze the cost and savings associated with the demonstration programs which are implemented in over 60 American Indian and Alaska Native communities throughout the U.S.
National Institutes of Health/NHBLI: “Web-based, Patient-centered Approach to CVD Risk-factor Management and Reduction”: Examine the cost-effectiveness of the telephone and web-based intervention aimed at reducing the risk of heart disease among American Indians with diabetes.
Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration: “Circles of Care Evaluation Technical Assistance Center” Provide evaluation technical assistance concerning program evaluation and economic impact to grantees from American Indian communities and organizations funded under the Center for Mental Health Services’ Circles of Care Initiative.
