The Public Health Ethics & Law Program (PHEAL) is a joint initiative of the Center for Bioethics and Humanities and the Colorado School of Public Health. We leverage relationships with faculty, staff, and students across the CU Anschutz Medical Campus to inform public health policy and practice in ways that maximize health justice. We also maintain an active advisory board composed of local and national members to guide our work.
We leverage interdisciplinary expertise to produce original research, teach and train population health learners at all career stages, and conduct community-oriented policy analysis to advance health
equity.
