Who we are

The Dickinson Lab, led by Dr. Katherine Dickinson, works across disciplines and with communities and decision-makers to advance environmental and climate justice. Our lab uses social science tools to study environmental policies and interventions locally and internationally.

What we do

Research grants under our lab evaluate environmental health policy impacts in Kenya, Ghana, and India; examine the social and economic factors of infectious disease domestically and abroad; and study how climate change and extreme events—especially in the southwestern United States—impact community resilience.
