In his role as post-award grant program manager, Joe provides post-award grant support for the Center for Global Health (CGH) team. He is responsible for awarded grant management at CGH such as awarded grants and subcontracts fund monitoring and tracking, subcontract standing purchase orders set-up, negotiating contracts, communicating with sub-recipients, invoice billing and processing, and lab and equipment purchases. He also works with the Office of Grants and Contracts on issues that may arise on grants within the center.
   
Previously, Joe worked at the Office of Grants and Contracts (OGC), where he served as a contract associate. During his time in the Office of Grant and Contracts, Joe was responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and approving sponsored research agreements, fee-for-service agreements, and subcontracts. He also managed the administrative duties of the OGC revenue inbox. Joe received his Master of Public Administration from Texas A&M University.
