About Membership

Core Faculty are faculty members with primary or joint appointments in the Colorado School of Public Health or at the University of Colorado Anschutz who have a sustained and substantive role in the Center for Global Health. Core Faculty help shape the strategic direction of CGH and provide leadership across its research, education, mentorship, service, and partnership activities. They maintain ongoing engagement with the Center and contribute to the development and implementation of CGH programs and initiatives.

Core faculty are expected to participate in signature events, including GH Forum, Grand Rounds, and exchanges. This will help with center engagement, learners’ access, collaborations, and effective participation in center activities and meetings. Core faculty may have a dedicated workstation in the center if it’s available.

Senior Investigators are established researchers, educators, or practitioners who have an ongoing and substantive collaboration with CGH. They bring complementary expertise, research programs, and institutional or international partnerships to the Center. Senior Investigators collaborate with CGH faculty on research, education, mentorship, service, and partnership activities and may provide leadership or mentorship on interdisciplinary initiatives. Senior Investigators may be based within or outside the University of Colorado.

When on campus, Senior Investigators may use an available shared cubical as needed for work, meetings, or collaboration.

Affiliate Members are individuals within the University of Colorado community who have an interest in global health and participate in CGH activities, programs, or collaborations. Affiliate Members include faculty, staff, research personnel, trainees, students, and other members of the CU community. They engage with CGH through events, programs, working groups, collaborations, and other activities and contribute to the Center’s global health community.

When on campus, Affiliate Members may use an available shared cubical as needed for work, meetings, or collaboration.
