Mara Hsu is an early childhood coach for the STANCE project with the Rocky Mountain Prevention Research Center (RMPRC). She helps early childhood professionals and teachers with implementing and learning Pyramid Model strategies within the classroom. Mara is a credential coach and trainer within Professional Development Information System (PDIS) and Colorado Shines. She is also an expanding quality for infant toddler care specialist. Mara is a San Luis Valley native and has been in the field of early childhood for 14 years as a parent, teacher, director, and coach. Mara is passionate about reading, writing, learning, and advocating for the foundation of social emotional health in young children. She resides in Alamosa with her husband, two boys, and two yorkies.
