Mrs. Claudia Patricia Galetto de Winnica, is a community projects coordinator at the Latino Research and Policy Center (LRPC) in the Colorado School of Public Health on the  CU Anschutz Medical Campus. Patricia, as she prefers to be called, engages academic and community members in collaborative work with the LRPC and serves as the cultural competency coordinator on the PCORI project and the manager for Certificate in Latino Health program. Patricia works closely with the LRPC leadership team in fostering and developing community involvement in LRPC initiatives.

Patricia has extensive experience managing and developing successful community health education and disease prevention programs in Latino communities. She worked as a breast health educator/trainer at Magee Women’s Care International, University of Pittsburgh. She also worked as community facilitator at UPMC Department of Family Medicine at University of Pittsburgh. Her passion to serve the Latino community drove her to create and organize several events that focus on the health of Latino women at Magee's Women Hospital from Pittsburgh.

In July 2016, Mrs. Galetto moved with her husband and two daughters from Pittsburgh to Denver and is happy to be here at Colorado looking forward to learning more about the Latino community, particularly the health and social concerns that are arising here.
