Dr Bohn is a molecular and chronic disease epidemiologist with expertise in the design and conduct of epidemiological studies, analyses of high-dimensional and compositional data, and science communication. His primary research area is the etiology and progression of chronic diseases in adult and pediatric populations, with a focus on microbe- and immune-mediated mechanisms, including the human microbiome and biomarkers of inflammation. As a postdoctoral fellow, Dr Bohn works primarily with Dr Noel Mueller.
