Dana Dabelea, MD, PhD, professor and director of the Lifecourse Epidemiology of Adiposity and Diabetes (LEAD) center at the Colorado School of Public Health, is lead author on a study that affirms prenatal exercise may reduce the amount of glucose and fats mothers make available to their babies, helping them grow more optimally.
