Rosalina Balleza is a health promotion facilitator for the Rocky Mountain Prevention Research Center (RMPRC) at the Colorado School of Public Health. Rosalina works in the Denver metro area, facilitating and implementing the RMPRC School Wellness Programs. Rosalina works with preschoolers, elementary students, parents, and school staff in low-income preschools/elementary schools to help promote nutrition education, physical activity, and overall health and wellness.
Prior to joining the school, Rosalina worked for Jefferson County Public Schools where she served as the preschool director for Lumberg Preschool. During her time there, Rosalina was responsible for maintaining a safe, welcoming, and clean preschool as defined by the Colorado Office of Early Childhood Department of Human Services. Rosalina was responsible for all administrative duties such as enrollment and financing.
