Dr. Lisa Ross DeCamp is an associate professor at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and Children’s Hospital Colorado. Dr. DeCamp is also part of the Latino Research & Policy Center at the Colorado School of Public Health.

She is a practicing general pediatrician. Dr. DeCamp's research focuses on increasing healthcare engagement of Spanish-speaking Latino families and reducing disparities in healthcare quality and safety for patients and families who communicate in languages other than English. Her current research is focused on implementing and evaluating community-based programs to reduce child obesity disparities among Latinos and using patient navigation reducing asthma disparities through school-based programs and clinic-based programs specifically designed for children in families who communicate in languages other than English She works with local Latino-serving community organizations to provide health information and jointly apply for grant funding to support programs focused on addressing prevalent health needs such as child obesity.
