The Child Abuse Response & Evaluation (CARE) Network expands local capacity in Colorado to address child abuse and neglect by supporting healthcare providers with specialized training, resources, and expert mentorship. With only six board-certified specialists in the state, the network ensures that children across Colorado can access proper evaluations and care. Providers must complete training and ongoing education to participate in the network. These trainings enhance networking and provider skills in identifying and treating child maltreatment, offering updates and ongoing support. Continuing Education Credits are available.
