USE Conference 2017

Our center, in collaboration with the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), hosted the fourth international Understanding Small Enterprise (USE) Conference in Denver, Colorado on October 25–27, 2017. Small business owners, researchers, students, and health and safety professionals from around the world came together at USE 2017 to understand the unique needs of small businesses and share strategies for creating healthy work environments. The event featured presentations on the latest research in workplace health and safety, conversations with small business leaders and experts from academia, and networking opportunities.
